May at the seaside in a villa
What a fantastic time of year May is. After the cold weather and short days, May is an explosion of nature, showering us with scents and colours that have been dormant all winter. Fifteen hours of daylight and the sun setting over the sea at 8.30 pm allow us to recharge our batteries to the max. Horse riding by the sea, cycling or walking along the pine forest paths to reach the natural oases or the Maremma Park are just some of the things you can do every day, deciding where the day will take you and what discoveries you will make. Discover one of the small medieval villages in the surrounding area, a museum or an Etruscan settlement, visit one of the many wineries in our area or head to one of the bars on the seafront for an aperitif and a stroll on the beach at sunset. Recharge your batteries or relax, call it what you will, but the important thing is to do it and reap the benefits.

Comfortable accommodation for 6/8 people
Our villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, 6 in the three bedrooms (two double and one twin) and 2 on the sofa bed in the living room. The private garden allows you to park your car inside the property and spend time in peace and quiet on the internal veranda with space and barbecue area. Book a minimum of 5 days in our detached villa with private garden. Spacious outdoor living areas 50 metres from the beach and 200 metres from the centre of Marina di Grosseto. Separate entrance, parking space, garden and veranda with tables and chairs. Ground floor: entrance hall, living/dining room with double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. First floor: accessed via internal staircase, three bedrooms, including: two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath, and one twin bedroom, second bathroom with shower. TV, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in the sleeping area. N.B. ideal for cat lovers, who are always present in this area of Marina. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO ORGANISE PARTIES AND EVENTS. The pine forest with its footpaths and cycle paths will surprise you and take you into the Maremma Park. Horse riding on the beach will leave you with unforgettable memories.
